About Eastern Holistic
Eastern Holistic is a developing educational and wellness ecosystem for reflection, practical learning, intentional living, and carefully considered resources for mind, body, and soul.
Our approach draws inspiration from ideas of simplicity, balance, attention, and natural rhythm. We present educational material with humility and do not claim to represent every tradition or lineage.
Eastern Holistic provides information and wellness-oriented guidance. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or replace a licensed clinician.
The people and the path
Master Qi and Dr. Stephan Mercer Flenoy share a relationship rooted in years of martial-arts study and practice. Their work returns to posture, breath, timing, balance, repetition, and attention—the patient elements that turn information into lived understanding.
Dr. Stephan Mercer Flenoy holds a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MSAOM) and a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM). He graduated from South Baylo University in Southern California and from Five Branches University in San Jose, California. His background also includes Olympic hurdling, coaching and training athletes, sports-injury rehabilitation knowledge, and teaching Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qigong systems.
Our philosophy
Eastern Holistic studies the meeting place between mind, body, spirit, environment, habit, and relationship. We distinguish traditional theory, modern evidence, and personal experience, and we place safety before conversion.
